How the mystery works

With the Blind Box option, the design is randomly selected and cannot be chosen. Duplicates are possible across separate orders.

Delivery & returns

Free delivery on every UK order. Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre within 1-2 business days (before 2pm UK time on a business day is processed the same day) and typically arrive 2-6 days after dispatch.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Change-of-mind returns are at your cost; faulty or incorrect items are at ours. Refunds are paid within 4-7 business days of us receiving the return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Care & safety

Age and supervision: Not suitable for children under 3 years (choking hazard). Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Follow any age warning shown on the packaging.

Swallowing and misuse: Do not put in the mouth, chew or swallow. Squishies are toys, not food. Do not cut, tear or open. Keep away from pets.

Damage: Stop using and dispose of a squishy that is torn, leaking or damaged.

Heat: Keep away from heat, direct sunlight and hot cars.

Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Do not soak or machine wash.
