Safety and test reports

Squishies are toys and novelty items, not food and not medical products. Please read this guidance before you or anyone in your household uses one. Below you will also find who is responsible for our products and the test documents we hold.

Age and supervision

  • Not suitable for children under 3 years. Squishies and their packaging can be a choking hazard.
  • Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
  • If your product's packaging shows a different age warning, follow the packaging.

Swallowing and misuse

  • Do not put a squishy in the mouth, chew it or swallow it. Food-shaped squishies are not edible.
  • Do not cut, tear, pull apart or open a squishy. Keep the contents inside.
  • If a piece or any of the contents is swallowed, seek medical help straight away.
  • Keep away from pets.

Damage

  • Check your squishy before each use. Stop using it if it is torn, leaking, sticky or otherwise damaged, and dispose of it safely out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not squeeze it against the face or eyes, and do not throw it at people or animals.

Heat and storage

  • Keep away from heat, radiators, open flames, hot cars and direct sunlight. Heat can deform or damage a squishy.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from sharp objects and dusty surfaces.

Cleaning

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry away from heat.
  • Do not soak, machine wash, tumble dry or use solvents or harsh cleaners.

Materials

Every product page lists the contents of the pack, its size and its material. Our squishies are made from slow-rise TPR foam. Mystery boxes are packed at random: the design or colour cannot be chosen, and the photos show possible designs.

Allergies and sensitivities

If you or a child in your household has sensitive skin or known sensitivities to soft plastics, foams or fragrances, stop using the product if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if needed.

Who is responsible for our products

SquishBloom is a trading name of Velrix FZE LLC (Registration No. 4426710), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is not a returns address. Return instructions are given in our Return and Refund Policy.

Test reports and supplier documents

The documents below were supplied to us by our manufacturer, Jinhua Hongchuan Toys Co., Ltd. (Jinhua, Zhejiang, China). They relate to "Squeeze toy" models HC-01 to HC-50, labelled for ages 3+, and were issued under US standards (ASTM F963-23, CPSC and CPSIA). They are not UKCA, CE or EN 71 certificates, and we do not claim UKCA, CE or EN 71 certification. A test report applies only to the samples tested. Report a safety concern

If a product is damaged, leaking, has loose parts or you believe it is unsafe, stop using it, keep it away from children and pets, and email support@squishbloom.com with your order number and a photo. We will respond as quickly as we can and, where appropriate, withdraw the product from sale.
